Cake French Toast | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Vanilla cake slices dipped into egg mixture and shallow fried to make these delicious recipe.

CAKE FRENCH TOAST

Ingredients

1 vanilla cake loaf
3 eggs
1 tablespooncastor sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 tablespoons milk
Butter as required

Method

1. Slice the cake.
2. Break eggs in a bowl. Add castor sugar and cinnamon powder and whisk well.
3. Add milk and whisk again.
4. Heat butter in a non-stick pan.
5. Dip the cake slices in the egg mixture, place in the pan and shallow-fry till golden from both sides.
6. Serve hot.

Preparation Time: 5-10 minutes
Cooking Time: 5-10 minutes
