Wholesome wraps with spicy prawn mixture.CAJUN PRAWN WRAPIngredients4 large whole wheat rotis 200 grams small prawns, peeled and deveined 1½ teaspoons Cajun spice1 tablespoon oil 1 tablespoon chopped garlic3-4 spring onion bulbs, slicedSalt to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste Mayonnaise for spreading¼ medium purple cabbage, shredded1 medium carrot, peeled and cut into thin strips1 medium cucumber, peeled, deseeded and slicedTomato ketchup for servingMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and spring onion bulbs and sauté for 1 minute. 2. Add prawns, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add salt, crushed peppercorns and Cajun spice, mix and cook till prawns are done. Transfer on a plate.3. Warm the rotis on a non-stick tawa and transfer on a plate.4. Spread some mayonnaise on each roti. Put some shredded purple cabbage, carrot strips, cucumber slices and cooked prawns mixture in the center and roll. 5. Serve with tomato ketchup.
