CAESAR DEVILED EGGSIngredients4 eggs, hardboiled and peeled1 tablespoon chopped garlic1 teaspoon chopped capers1 teaspoon mayonnaise1 teaspoon red wine vinegar1 teaspoon parmesan cheese powder1 tablespoon olive oilSalt to tasteCrushed black peppercorns to taste2-3 Roman lettuce leaves, torn Method1. Halve eggs, separate yolks in a bowl and whites in a serving platter.2. Mash egg yolks. Add garlic, capers and whisk using an electric beater. Add mayonnaise and mix well.3.
