Indian Mithai made with Cabbage and Spinach a very unique dessert perfect for all occasion

Ingredients:
Cabbage chopped - 200 g
Spinach leaves blanched and pureed - 2 tbsp
Khoya - 50 g +100g
Peanut butter - 3tbsp
Pistachio blanched and grounded to a coarse paste - 2 tbsp
Milk - 600ml
Sugar - 5 tbsp
Green cardamom - 1/4 tsp
Pistachio slices - for garnish
Ghee - 1 tbsp

Method:-
1) Boil water in a pan and blanch the cabbage. Drain it and keep aside.
2) Now heat ghee in a pan, add blanched cabbage and sauté for some time.
3) Add pistachio paste and sauté well.
4) Keeping the flame low, add milk and cook it for 12-15 minutes.
5) Now mix cardamom powder with little milk and add to the kheer, stir well until the kheer is little thick
6) Add khoya and mix well. Then add sugar and mix well cook for some time until the kheer is little thick
7) Add palak puree and stir well. Cook the kheer for some more time.
8) Add remaining khoya and peanut butter and mix well until thick
9) Grease the plate with ghee and transfer the mixture on the plate.
10) Garnish with pistachio and keep it in the refrigerator for 4-5 hrs or until set.
11) Remove it and cut int into small pieces and serve.
