Cabbage Pakora Recipe | Cabbage Bhajiya | Crispy Cabbage Pakora | Scroll Recipe
Ingredient:
• Chopped cabbage 2500 gm
• ½ cup gram flour
• Salt to taste
• 2 TSP red chilli powder
• 1 TSP cumin powder
• 1 TSP roasted cumin and coriander powder
• 1 TSP roasted cumin and coriander powder
• ½ TSP Nigella/kalonji seeds
• 1 TBSP onion and garlic paste
• ¼ cup rice flour
• chopped spring onion
• 1 TBSP water if required
• chopped chilli
Process:
• Chopped cabbage
• ½ cup gram flour
• Add salt to taste
• Add 2 TSP red chilli powder
• Add 1 TSP cumin powder
• Add 1 TSP roasted cumin and coriander powder
• Add ½ TSP Nigella/kalonji seeds
• Add 1 TBSP onion and garlic paste
• Add ¼ cup rice flour
• Add chopped spring onion
• Add 1 TBSP water if required
• Mix it nicely
• Add chopped chilli
• Wait for 10-15 mints
• Heat the pan and add oil for deep fry
• Take a small portion of pakora mix
• Deep Fry it until golden brown
