Sugar - 2/3rd cup
Cashews - 1/4 cup
Butter - 1 small cube
Oil for greasing plate

For Ice cream
3 cup full fat cream milk
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Custard 3 tbsp + Milk 1/4 cup
Whipping cream Powder - 3/4 cup
Water / Milk - 1 1/2 cup
Butter scotch essence - 1 tsp
Pistachous - for garnishing
Tutti Frutti - For Garnishing
