You got to try it once!BUTTER FRIED PANEER SANDWICHIngredients400 grams cottage cheese (paneer)Butter as required8 bread slicesGreen chutney as requiredTomato slices as requiredCucumber slices as requiredSandwich masala to sprinkleReadymade chole as requiredChopped onions as requiredTomato ketchup for servingPotato chips for servingMethod1. Apply butter and green chutney on bread slices.2. Arrange tomato slices, cottage cheese, cucumber slices on 4 slices. 3. Sprinkle sandwich masala on top. Place a generous portion of chole and sprinkle onions on top.4. Cover with remaining bread slices.5. Heat butter in a non stick pan. Place the prepared sandwich and cook on both the sides for 2 minutes on medium heat or till crisp.6.
