Ingredients for the Marinade:
1 tbsp Ghee
1/2 cup Curd
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
1 tbsp Tandoori masala
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
A pinch of Red food colour
Salt to taste
1/2 Kg Boneless Chicken
Method: In a bowl mix together Ghee, Ginger Garlic paste, Tandoori masala, Kashmiri Chilli powder, Curd, a little Red food colour and Salt to taste. Add 1/2 Kg Boneless Chicken to this and marinate for 1/2 hour in the Fridge.

Ingredients for the Gravy:
1 chopped Onion
5 chopped tomatoes
3 tsp Tomato ketchup
1/2 cup Cream
10-15 Cashew nuts
1 tbsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
1 tbsp Kasuri methi
1/2 tsp Garam masala
2 Green Chillies
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1/2 cup Milk
A little Nutmeg
A little Red food colour
2 tbsp Butter

Method: To make Gravy, heat pan & add 2 tbsp Butter, Onions, Green Chillies, Tomatoes, Cashew nuts, Kashmiri Chilli powder, Red food colour, Kasuri Methi, Nutmeg, Cumin powder, Ginger Garlic paste and saute well & cook till soft. Add Tomato ketchup, Salt and a little Sugar. Cool and grind to a smooth paste. Sieve the gravy and keep aside.
Heat a pan and add Butter and shallow fry marinated Chicken till done.
Next heat pan and add 2 tbsp Butter and add sieved gravy and saute for 2 minutes. Add Chicken pieces, Milk, Cream, Kasuri methi and Garam masala and mix well. Butter Chicken is ready. Serve hot with a dash of cream. Enjoy it with Rotis of your choice.
