Ingredients for the Marinade:1 tbsp Ghee1/2 cup Curd1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder1 tbsp Tandoori masala1 tbsp Ginger Garlic pasteA pinch of Red food colourSalt to taste1/2 Kg Boneless ChickenMethod: In a bowl mix together Ghee, Ginger Garlic paste, Tandoori masala, Kashmiri Chilli powder, Curd, a little Red food colour and Salt to taste. Add 1/2 Kg Boneless Chicken to this and marinate for 1/2 hour in the Fridge. Ingredients for the Gravy:1 chopped Onion5 chopped tomatoes3 tsp Tomato ketchup1/2 cup Cream10-15 Cashew nuts1 tbsp Kashmiri Chilli powder1 tbsp Kasuri methi1/2 tsp Garam masala2 Green Chillies1 tsp Cumin powder1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste1/2 cup MilkA little NutmegA little Red food colour2 tbsp Butter Method: To make Gravy, heat pan & add 2 tbsp Butter, Onions, Green Chillies, Tomatoes, Cashew nuts, Kashmiri Chilli powder, Red food colour, Kasuri Methi, Nutmeg, Cumin powder, Ginger Garlic paste and saute well & cook till soft. Add Tomato ketchup, Salt and a little Sugar. Cool and grind to a smooth paste. Sieve the gravy and keep aside.Heat a pan and add Butter and shallow fry marinated Chicken till done. Next heat pan and add 2 tbsp Butter and add sieved gravy and saute for 2 minutes. Add Chicken pieces, Milk, Cream, Kasuri methi and Garam masala and mix well. Butter Chicken is ready.
