Butter Chicken Bread Rolls

Ingredients for Butter Chicken
Chicken Boneless (small cubes) 1/2 kg
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Cream 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic (minced) 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Tandoori Masala 2 tbsp
Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp

Ingredients of Butter Chicken Masala:
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Tomatoes (Chopped) 1/2 cup
Butter 1/4 cup
Marinated Chicken
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Cream 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Assembling:
Sandwich bread slices 10-12
Beaten eggs as required
Bread crumbs as required
All-purpose flour as required
Flour mixture (all-purpose flour 1/2 cup + water as required)
Oil (for frying) as required

Directions for Chicken Marination:
1. In a bowl add chicken, yogurt, cream, ginger garlic, red chili flakes, red chili powder, salt, tandoori masala, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and mix it well. Marinate the chicken. Let it rest for 15-20 mins.
Directions for Butter Chicken Masala Preparation:
2. In a pan heat butter and add onion. Cook for 1-2 mins.
3. Add tomatoes and cook for another minute.
4. Add marinated chicken, lemon juice, cream and cook until chicken is fully done.
Directions for Assembling:
5. Take a sandwich bread slice and remove its edges. Flatten the bread with a rolling pin.
6. Place prepared butter chicken mixture on the flattened bread. Bind the bread into roll shape with the help pf flour mixture.
7. Now dip the bread rolls in beaten eggs, coat in flour, dip again in beaten eggs and coat in bread crumbs.
Note: they can be stored at this stage, in an air-tight bag in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
8. Deep fry the bread rolls until crispy and light brown.
9. Your Butter Chicken Bread Rolls are ready. Serve and enjoy.
