Watch the video to know how to make it.BUTTER CHAKLIIngredients2 tablespoons butter¾ cup semolina (suji)1 cup rice flourSalt to taste½ teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)Oil for greasing and deep-frying Method1. Heat 1 cup water in a non-stick pan. Add salt, cumin seeds and butter and mix till butter melts. 2. Add semolina, mix well and cook till mixture thickens. Transfer in a bowl and let it cool. 3. Add rice flour and mix. Add 1 cup water and knead to a stiff dough. 4. Grease a chakli press with some oil and put a portion of dough in it. Press to form chaklis. 5. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry chaklis till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. 6. Serve.
