Chana Dal / Bengal Gram - 1/3 cup
Water - to soak & cook
Turmeric - ½ tsp
Potato - 3 medium size
Poha / Rice Flakes - 1/3 cup
Chat Masala - 1 tsp
Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - to shallow fry
Sweet Bun - 5
Date Tamarind Imli Chutney - 4-5 tbsp
Onion & Tomato - 2 sliced
Chat Masala - ½ tsp
Green Chutney - 2 tbsp
