Bombastic Bun Kabab

Ingredients for Flour Batter:
All-purpose flour 1 cup
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Rice flour 1/2 cup
Garlic Powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Hot Sauce 2 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Water as req

Ingredients for Assembling:
Kurkure Toofaani Mirch (crumbs) 1 packet
Mayonnaise as req
Shami Kabas as req
Cheddar Cheese slices as required
Tomato slices as required
Onion rings as required
Lettuce leaves as required
Ketchup as req
Burger buns as required
Oil (for frying)

Directions:
1. In a bowl add flour, rice flour, corn flour, garlic powder, salt, white pepper, red chili powder, cumin powder, hot sauce, mustard paste, water and whisk until smooth lump free batter is obtained. Keep aside.
2. Take a toasted bun, spread some mayonnaise, stack with shami kabab, lettuce, onion rings, tomato slices, cheese slices, ketchup.
3. Dip in the prepared batter and coat with crumbed kurkure.
4. Deep fry in oil until crispy.
5. Your Bombastic Bun Kebab are ready.
