Try it at home and share your feedback with us.#BunKababBun kabab Recipe in English:Ingredients for bun kabab: 2-3 Potatoes (boiled) 2 cup Split chickpeas8-10 Red whole chilies 3-4 Garlic cloves Salt to taste 1 tsp Cumin powder 1 tsp Garam masala powder 1 ½ tsp Red chili powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric 2-3 Green chilies (chopped) 2-3 Onion rings (large) 1/2 cup Cabbage (shredded) 1 tsp Chaat masala 4 Burger buns 3-4 Eggs (beaten) Ingredients for Green chutney: 1 ½ cup Mint leaves 1 ½ cup Coriander leaves 3-4 Green chilies 1/4 cup Tamarind pulp Salt to taste 1 tsp Sugar 1 tsp Chaat masala Ingredients for Imli chutney: 1 cup Imli Water as required 1 tsp Ginger powder 1 tsp Cumin powder 1 tsp Red chili powder 2-3 tbsp Sugar Salt to taste 1 tsp Chaat masala Directions for bun kabab: Soak split chickpeas for at least 1 to 2 hours. Take a pot add water, lentil, garlic cloves, red whole chilies and cook until water dries out and lentil is tender. In a bowl add lentil, potatoes, red chili powder, cumin powder, salt, turmeric, green chilies, garam masala, mix it well and mash it. Then makes small round shape kababs, dip in egg and shallow fry.Directions for green chutney: In a blender add mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, tamarind pulp, salt, sugar and chaat masala. Blend all the ingredients well and your green chutney is ready. Directions for imli chutney: Take a pan add tamarind, ginger powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, sugar, salt and chaat masala. Add water gradually and cook until desired consistency. Assembling: On one bun piece spread green chutney, then place kebab, egg, ketchup, cabbage and onion.
