Bukhari Rice Recipe in English:
Bukhara Pulao
600g Chicken
2 & 1/2 cup Basmati rice
4 Green chilies
2 Tomato chopped
2 Carrots julienne
1 Lemon
1 cup Onion sliced
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Red chili powder
1 tbsp Cumin seeds
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 cup Prune
1/2 cup Black raisins
1 tbsp Whole spices
1 tbsp Coriander leaves
1 tbsp Mint leave
1/2 cup Yogurt
Directions:
In a pan add oil, add carrots, sugar, black raisins in it and cook well. Keep it aside.
In a separate pan heat oil add onion and cook until golden brown.
Then add chicken, whole spices, yogurt, salt, red chili powder, prune, cumin seeds, coriander powder, tomatoes, mint and coriander leaves. And let it cook on low flame.
In a bowl soak rice for 15 to 20 minutes.
In chicken add water equal to the quantity of rice, once water starts boiling add rice in it.
When water dries a bit let it simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
Garnish it with carrots and raisins mix and your Pulao is ready to serve.

Cooking time: 15 minutes
