Blue cheese kale salad:
1 ounce blue cheese, at room temperature
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon malt vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 pinch celery seed, optional
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
1 bunch Tuscan kale (also known as lacinato or dinosaur), cut into bite-size pieces
