Buffalo "Wing" Potatoes and Homemade Ranch(Simple and Cheap Recipe) | Pro Home Cooks

Buffalo Wing Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
1-2 Potatoes Cut into Cubes. Russett work best but any will do
2 Tablespoons of Butter
2-4 Tablespoons of Hot Sauce
1 teaspoon or so of Salt
1/2 teaspoon or so of Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne
1-2 Teaspoons of Paprika
Canola Oil

Soak cut potatoes in water, this keeps them from browning after they are cut and if you are using a starchy potato it helps remove some of the starch so they fry better. The longer they soak the better but keep them in water until ready to cook. Pat potatoes dry on paper towel and heat up a non-stick pan with a few squirts of canola oil.

Add potatoes once oil is hot and to them add salt, pepper, cayenne and paprika. Fry potatoes, turning as sides cook, until crispy and golden brown. Take potatoes out of oil, place on paper towel and then put on a plate.

To a pan add butter over medium heat, let it help and add hot sauce of your voice as well as any extra spices you might like.

Once melted, let it cook for a few minutes, stirring together, take off the pan, pour over potatoes, hit it with Blue Cheese or Ranch and enjoy!!!!!
