Brownie Trifle | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

A layered dessert with brownie and cream cheese mixture topped with crushed peanuts. Watch this video to find out how to make this recipe.

BROWNIE TRIFLE

Ingredients

4 walnut brownie cubes
½ cup cream cheese
2 cups whipped cream
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
¼ cup chopped hazelnut
Caramel sauce for drizzling
Cocoa powder for dusting

Method

1. Take cream cheese in a bowl. Add whipped cream and vanilla essence and whisk well. Fill it in a piping bag fitted with star nozzle.
2. Roughly crumb the brownies and put into individual serving glasses. Pipe out some cream mixture, put some hazelnut and drizzle some caramel sauce on top. Repeat the process.
3. Dust some cocoa powder on top and serve immediately.
