Breakfast is the most important meal of the day & in this fast paced life, we often tend to ignore this meal. However today, Preetha has got a super nutritious & easy recipe that we can easily incorporate in our busy schedule.Happy cooking lovelies! :) Ingredients:2 tsp oil1 tsp mustard seeds1/2 tsp cumin seeds1/2 tsp urad dal1 tsp finely chopped ginger1 tsp finely chopped garlic1 tsp finely chopped green chillies1 tsp finely chopped coriander stemCurry leaves3/4 cup lapsi3 tbsp finely chopped beans3 tbsp finely chopped carrot3 tbsp finely chopped capsicum3 tbsp finely chopped onionWaterSalt to tasteCoriander leavesMethod:1. In a medium sized pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds. Once they crackle, add urad dal, cumin seeds and sauté till dal turns brown.2. Add rest of the ingredients, one by one (except lapsi, salt and water) and sauté on a medium flame till all ingredients are well mixed.3. Add lapsi and sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.4. Add salt and enough water to cook the lapsi. I like adding double quantity of water as compared to lapsi. 5. Once cooked, add coriander leaves and mix well. Serve hot.Love our recipes?
