BROKEN WHEAT LADDU | LAPSI RAVA LADOO / HOW TO MAKE DIWALI SWEETS AT HOME / DIWALI SWEETS RECIPES | Indian Mom's Kitchen

It looks like Motichoor ladoo. It also taste like Motichur laddu. However, it's not Motichoor laddu…it's Lapsi Rava ladoo or Broken Wheat ladoo. Festivals are coming one after the other and with no sweet shops open, the only option is to make sweets at home. Here I have shown how you can make ladoos at home with broken wheat or lapsi rava.

Ingredients in the order of instructions:
1 cup Lapsi Rava/Broken Wheat

2 cups Water
A pinch of Salt
A little food colour
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Cardamom/Elaichi powder
Some chopped Cashew nuts/Kaju
