Broccoli Soup - Chef Ananya Banerjee

I have heard many complain that broccoli looks like small tree and tastes terrible. You may have come across scenes in movies where parents are forcing their kids to eat broccoli. You may not know this but broccoli is one of the most nutritious vegetables there is whether you have it raw, or as a broccoli soup. It contains fiber, anti-cancerous, and lots of vitamins in it. Sharing with you all this simple and easy soup which is also amazingly delicious and healthy.

Ingredients:
Oil
Onions
Garlic
1 broccoli
Flour
Milk
Veg stock cube/salt pepper

Method:
2 tbsp oil in pan, add some onions and garlic, sauté it and now add 1 broccoli cut into florets.
Add 1 cup water, let it cook for 3 minutes.
Take out the broccoli from the pan and mix it till it becomes purée.
Add some butter in pan, add 2 tsp flour, mix it well and add 1 cup milk, add veg stock cube or salt pepper for some flavor.
Add prepared broccoli purée in in this prepared mixture and cook it for some time.
Serve the prepared soup.
