Salt as per taste or 1/2 spoon
Red chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 spoon
Cooking oil - 2 to 3 spoons
Ginger and Garlic paste - 1/2 spoon
Coriander and Garam masala powder - 1/2 spoon
Chopped coriander Leaves
Mustard seeds - 1/4 spoon
Cumin seeds - 1/4 spoon
Urad dal - 1/2 spoon
