Corn Toastie

Ingredients:
Corn Kernels( ), boiled - 1 cup
Green chilli( ) - 1 no
Besan() - cup
Ginger, slice() - 1 small no
Semolina() - cup
Salt ()- to taste
Water() - cup
Capsicum, chopped( ) - 2 tbsp
Carrots, chopped() - 2 tbsp
Onion, chopped() - 2 tbsp
Pepper powder() - tsp
Coriander, chopped ()- handful
Corn Kernels( ), boiled - handful
Oil() - a dash

Method:
- For the batter, blend together corn kernels, green chilli, besan, ginger, semolina, salt and water together into a fine paste.
- Add some chopped capsicum, carrot, and onions to the batter. Sprinkle some pepper powder, coriander leaves, and corn kernels then mix them all together.
- Heat a sandwich maker from both sides and drizzle some oil inside it. Pour the batter into the sandwich maker, close it, and cook on both sides till the toasties are golden brown.
- Enjoy the Corn toasties with any dip or chutney you like.
