- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon chai seeds
- 1 tablespoon instant oats
- 1 apple
- Red & green grapes
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 1 cup cucumber chunks
- A handful kale leaves
- Ice
