Breakfast Burrito
Ingredients for Sauteed Vegetables:
Oil 1 tbsp
Red bell pepper (chopped) 1/4 cup 
Onion (chopped) 1/4 cup

Ingredients for Scrambled Egg:
Eggs 4 large
Salt to taste
Milk 2 tbsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Tomatoes (small cubes) 1/4 cup 
Unsalted butter 1 Tbsp 
Sauteed vegetables
Shredded Cheddar cheese 1 cup

Ingredients for Assembling:
Tortillas as required 
Cheddar cheese slice (orange) as required
K&N’s Pastrami Strips as required
Scrambled Egg
Oil (for brushing) as required 

Directions for Sauteed Vegetables Preparation:
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion and red bell pepper. Cook for 2-3 mins and set aside.

Directions for Scrambled Egg Preparation:
In a bowl, add eggs, milk, cream, salt and black pepper powder. Whisk well until your egg mixture is ready. Add tomatoes and whisk again.
In the pan, heat butter and add the egg mixture. Scramble them until fully cooked. Now add sauteed vegetables and cheddar cheese. Cook until cheese has melted and set aside.
Lay out the tortilla wraps on board, add a layer of cheese, K&N’s Pastrami Strips and Egg mixture. Roll the tortilla wraps tightly.
Heat oil on a pan and toast your prepared burrito on pan. Cook until each side is golden and crispy. Your Burrito is ready.
Note: Add burritos to a zip lock bag in a single layer. Freeze up to 3 months.
