Black Urad Dal / White Urad Dal - 2 tbsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - A Pinch
Curry Leaves - Little
Salt to taste

Healthy Roti :

Bread Crumbs - 1 cup (Use Left over Bread sLices / 3 Slices of Bread)
Wheat Flour -1 cup
Big Onion - 1
Green Capsicum - A Handful
Green Chilli - 1
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves & Coriander Leaves
Coarsely Crushed Roasted Peanuts / Chopped Cashew nuts - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
