Do try our lasagna recipe and share your feedback with us.#BreadLasagna #Lasagna #SooperChefIngredients for white sauce: 2 cups Milk 1 tbsp Butter 2 tbsp All-purpose flour 1 tsp Oregano Salt to taste 1 tsp White pepper Ingredients for chicken mince: 1/2 kg Chicken mince 1/2 cup Onion 1 tbsp Garlic 1 cup Tomato (chopped)1 cup Tomato ketchup Salt to taste 1 tbsp Red chili flakes1 tsp Black pepper powder 1/2 tbsp Oregano Ingredients for sautéed veggies: 1/4 cup Green capsicum 1/4 cup Red bell pepper 1/4 Yellow bell pepper1/4 cup Mushroom (chopped) 1/4 cup Corn Salt to taste 1 tsp Red chili flakes Ingredients for assembling: 8 slices Bread Mozzarella cheese as required Cheddar cheese as required Oregano (for sprinkle)Directions for white sauce: In a pan add butter, flour and cook for a minute. Then add milk, oregano, salt and white pepper. Cook on low flame until sauce is normal thick. Set aside. Directions for chicken mince: In pan heat oil, add onion and cook until translucent. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Then add chicken mince and cook for 5 minutes. Add tomato, salt, chili flakes, black pepper and oregano. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes. When chicken is fully cooked, add ketchup and cook for 3 to 4 minutes more. Set aside. Directions for sautéed veggies: In pan heat oil, add capsicum, bell peppers, corn, mushrooms, chili flakes and salt. Sauté all the veggies for 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside. Assembling: Take bread slices, cut edges then with rolling pin flatten the bread slices equally. In baking dish spread white sauce on boattom and then place four bread slices on top. Then add chicken mince filling, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and sauté veggies on top. Cover with four more slices of bread, spread white sauce, sauté veggies and sprinkle oregano. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until cheese melts. Serve your yummy vegetable bread lasagna. Preparation time: 15-20 minutes Cooking time: 25-30 minutes Serving: 3-4
