Bread Gratin
Servings: 4

INGREDIENTS
1 loaf of bread
1/2 onion
100g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1/4 bunch shimeji mushrooms
40g butter
3 tablespoons flour
400ml milk
1 teaspoon consomm powder
1 teaspoon salt
50g shredded cheese
Dried parsley, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Cut the edge of the bread (leave 1cm) and scoop out the crumbs.

2. Heat the butter in a pan and stir onions (sliced), shimeji, and shrimp.

3. Add flour into the pan. Stir until well combined.

4. Gradually add milk into the pan. Stir until thickened on low heat. Add consomm powder and salt.

5. Stuff (4) in the bread (1) and put some shredded cheese on top. Bake in the toaster oven until golden. Sprinkle some dried parsley on top.

6. Enjoy!
