Ingredient Quantity
Egg 2 no
Onion chopped 1 no
Tomato chopped 1 no
Green Chilli chopped 3-4 no
Fresh coriander chopped 1 tbsp
Red Chilli powder tsp
Turmeric powder tsp
Salt to taste
Bread slice 6 no
Oil 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp

Method :
1. Take large mixing bowl and break the eggs to the bowl.
2. Add chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped green Chilli, chopped fresh coriander, red Chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and beat until frothy.
3. Take a bread slice and cut the middle part of the bread.
4. Take a frying pan on medium flame. Heat some oil and butter rub on it.
5. Now place the bread pieces and pour egg batter in the middle of bread.
6. Place the removed part of bread on the top of egg.
7. Now add some more oil and butter.
8. Cook thoroughly by flipping until egg cooked on both sides.
9. Now cut into two part and serve hot.
