Dahi Vada:
Urad dal - 1 cup
Clean the dust using cotton cloth
Grind it into fine powder
Add 1 cup of water
Mix it well
Rest it for 30 mins
Add 1 tsp crushed green chilli
Add 1 tsp of grated ginger
Add salt to taste
Cut the bread in round shape
Coat the bread with batter
Gently put it inti hit oil
Fry it on medium flame
You can use the traditional method as well
Take warm water in a bowl
Add 1 tsp of salt
Add 1 tsp of sugar
Soak the Vada and squeeze it

Green chutney
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Green chilli - 2
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic cloves - 5
Salt to taste
Add 3 tbsp of water
Grind it
Green chutney is ready

For red chutney:
Tamarind juice or pulp- 1/4 cup
Add 1 tsp of sugar
Add 1/2 tsp of salt
Add 1/2 tsp of roasted cumin powder
Boil it for a minute
Red chutney is ready

Curd - 2 cups
Add sugar and salt and mix it

Serving ;
Pour the curd on vada
Add green chutney
Add red chutney
Add roasted cumin powder
Add black salt
Sprinkle red chilli powder
Add Chat masala
Add pomegranate
Ready to serve
