No Braising! Easy Kakuni Pork
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
2 deep fried tofu
200g pork belly slices
Potato starch, as needed

2 tablespoons mirin
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon grated ginger

PREPARATION
1. Cut each fried tofu into 4 equal pieces. Wrap with pork slices.

2. Dust (1) with potato starch. Cook in a pan until lightly browned.

3. Remove excess oil from the pan. Put all of ingredients A into the pan and simmer.

4. Enjoy!
