Roopa Nabar shows how to make an East-Indian Masala called Bottle Masala that can be stored and used anytime for any dish. Try it out to make amazing food!

Ingredients:
Dry Red Chillies
Mustard seeds
Poppy Seeds
Pepper Corns
Cinnamon
Caraway Seeds (Shahjeera)
Mace (Javitri)
Cardamom
Spilt Bengal Gram (Chana Dal)
Nagkesar
Cumin Seeds
Coriander Seeds
Sichuan Peppers (Pepper leaves)
Star Anise
Cloves
Stone Flower (Dagad Fool)
Nutmeg Powder
Wheat Flour
Turmeric Powder

Method:
Roast all the spices together. Make sure not to burn the spices.
Once roasted keep it out to cool after which put all the spices in a mixer and grind them into a powder.
Once the masala is ready place it in a bottle and make sure to keep it in a cool storage.
