Japanese style easy meal prep. is keep coming in!

Make several Hot Spring Eggs and keep in your fridge.
Add to your dish and it's going to be a good balanced meal to boost your immune system!


・3 extra large eggs (I used cold egg straight out from the fridge)
①Pour boiling water and cover with a piece of plastic wrap and towel.

②Leave 20 mins.

③Discard the water and pour boiling water again

④Leave 10 mins  

⑤Add in ice cubes to stop cooking

Last upt to 1 week in the fridge


※Adjust the time ④ to your size of egg
small eggs: 3~5mins
medium eggs: 4~6mins
large eggs: 5~7 mins

Play around the time to your liking!
