Ingredients:
Gram flour or Besan flour 1 cup
Water
Oil for frying
Ghee fried cashew and raisin

Sugar Syrup:
Sugar 1 cup
Water 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Yellow food color
Lemon Juice 1 tsp

Tips and Tricks:
* Oil must be hot enough. Otherwise the Boondies will become flat.
* If the oil is smoking hot boondies will get burnt
* If the boondies are crispy ladoo will become hard
* Cook boondies only for 30 seconds. Boondies should not be crispy for making soft ladoo.
* Clean your ladle every time before making making boondies.
* After sugar dissolves in water 2 minutes on medium low flame.
* When the sugar syrup is just sticky add boondies.
