Mix together Bombay duck, coriander-garlic paste, mix masala, turmeric powder and mix well. 2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Spread semolina over a plate, divide the prepared mixture into equal portions, coat in semolina and shallow-fry till golden-brown and crisp. Turn over to the other side and shallow-fry till golden-brown and crisp. 3. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate. 4. Garnish with onion rings, lemon slices, mint leaves and serve hot.
