Bread, butter, green chutney and a big stack of veggies in between - this Bombay sandwich is simple and healthy snack. BOMBAY SANDWICHIngredients8 white bread slices1 medium cucumber, peeled 2 medium tomatoes2 medium potatoes, boiled and peeled 2 medium onions, peeled Butter as requiredCoriander-mint chutney as requiredChaat masala for sprinklingCrushed black peppercorns for sprinklingSalt to tastePotato chips for servingMethod1. Cut cucumber, tomatoes, potatoes and onions into thin roundels. 2. Trim off the edges of the bread slices. 3. Apply some butter and coriander-mint chutney on one side of each bread slice. 4. To prepare one sandwich, place few cucumber roundels, onion roundels, tomato roundels and potato roundels on the chutney side of one bread slice. Sprinkle some chaat masala, crushed peppercorns and salt on top, cover with another bread slice with chutney side downwards and lightly press.5. Cut into equal squares and serve with potato chips.
