Ingredients:
4 Tbsp Gram Flour
2 Cups Water
3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1/4 Tsp Hing (skip for gluten free)
1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Sprig Curry Leaves
2-3 Green Chillies (Slit into half)
1 Tomato (Chopped)
1 Onion (thinly sliced)
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt
2 Tbsp Fresh Coriander (Chopped)
