How about trying the blueberry flavour version a twist from the regular phirni.BLUEBERRY PHIRNI - (Serves - 4)Ingredients ½ cup fresh blueberries4 tablespoons rice, soaked and ground to a coarse paste 1 litre milk¾ cup sugar ½ teaspoon green cardamom powderBlueberry slices for garnishingMethod1. Heat milk in a non-stick pan and bring it to a boil.2. Halve blueberries. 3. Add rice paste to the milk, reduce the heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously or until the milk thickens.4. Add sugar, cardamom powder and continue to simmer till sugar dissolves and mixes well. Remove from heat, cool to room temperature and stir in the halved blueberries.5. Pour this mixture into earthenware bowls, garnish with blueberries slices and refrigerate till set.6.
