----------------------------------------------------------------------------- INGREDIENTS ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(to make 12 mini pie cups, or one 8.5 in round pan)

Crust
-18 graham crackers, pulverized (about 2 cups)
-8 tbsps butter

Filling
-1 and a half cups of blueberries
-1/4 cup butter, melted
-1/8 cup sugar
-1/3 can of sweetened condensed milk (½ cup)
-1/3 can of coconut milk (½ cup)
-2 eggs
-1/3 cup of lemon juice
-1 tsp vanilla
-¼ tsp ground cardamom
-2 tsps flour
-1 ½ cups coconut flakes
