Marinate it for 30 mins.2- In a pan heat oil and add marinated fish. Fry each side for 1-2 minutes. Set aside.Directions for Onion Puree:1. In a pan heat oil and add onion, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, green chilies and cook for 2 minutes. 2. Transfer it into a glass jar and blend it well into smooth puree. Your Onion Puree is ready. Set aside. Directions for fish in black pepper:1- In a pot heat oil and add onion puree and cook for 1-2 mins.2- Add water, salt, black pepper and cook until oil separates.3- Add prepared fish and cook for 4-5 mins or until fully done.4- Lastly sprinkle crushed black pepper and serve.
