Black Pepper Chicken Food Recipe by Cooking with AsifaIngredients:-Oil: Vegetable Oil (1/4 cup)Meat:- Boneless Chicken (300 g) Vegetables:- Onion (1)- Red capsicum (1)- Green Capsicum (1)- Garlic paste (1 tsp)- Garlic powder (1/2 tsp)- Green onion (as you like)Spices:- Salt (as you like)- White pepper (1 tsp)- Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp)- Black Pepper Powder (1 tsp) Sauce:- Vinegar (1 tbsp)- Soy Sauce (1.5 tbsp)- Oyster sauce (1 tbsp)Others:- Corn flour (1 tbsp)- Chicken Broth (1 cup)- Corn Flour (1 tbsp)- Water (as required)Recipe:-- For making sauce, in a bowl mix vinegar (1 tbsp), soy sauce (1.5 tbsp), oyster sauce (1 tbsp), black pepper powder (1 tsp) & white pepper (1 tsp). - Marinate boneless chicken (300 g) with garlic powder (1/2 tsp), cornflour (1 tbsp) for 30 minutes.- Heat cooking oil (1/4 cup) in a pan, stir-fry marinated chicken until light golden-brown & take it out in a bowl to set aside.- In the same oil, add medium size diced onion (1), diced green capsicum (1), diced red capsicum (1), saute it for few minutes & take out of oil.- Stir-fry the garlic paste (1 tsp) for a minute.- Add sauce, chicken broth (1 cup), chicken n' veggies we prepared in it & cook for few minutes on medium flame.- Add chopped green onion (as you like), salt (as you like), mix & cook for few minutes.- Mix cornflour (1 tbsp) in water (2 tbsp) & add into the pan & cook for 1-2 mins.- Enjoy veggie black pepper chicken.More Delicious Recipes From Chef Asifa:YT: https://www.youtube.com/c/cookingwithasifa
