Black Pav Bhaji | Black Pav Bhaji Recipe | Indian Mom's Kitchen

So tasty! This Black Pav Bhaji tastes better than the usual Pav Bhaji. In this video, I have shown how to make Black Pav Bhaji at home very easily. This Bhaji can also be enjoyed as a filling in a toasted sandwich.

Ingredients in the order of instructions:
A dry Coconut piece.
1 Black Cardamom
2 Cloves
1 Cinnamon stick
2 Bay leaves
1 tsp Black Pepper
2 tbsp Coriander seeds
1 tsp Fennel seeds
1 small piece Stone flower
2 Green Chillies
2 tbsp Oil
50 gms Butter
2 Onions
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 grated Tomato
Salt to taste
1 Capsicum
2 tsp Pav Bhaji masala
2 cups boiled and mashed Potatoes
1/2 cup cooked Peas
2 cups water
1 cup Coriander leaves
Butter as required
Pav as required
