BLACK GRAPE TRIFLEIngredients25-30 black grapes¼ cup sugar1 tbsp lemon juice1½ cups whipped cream 100 grams eggless vanilla sponge cake, cut into 1 cm cubesSugar syrup as requiredVanilla custard as requiredSliced grapes for garnishMint sprigs for garnishMethod1. Chop black grapes.2. Heat a nonstick pan. Add the chopped grapes, sugar, lemon juice, ¼ cup water and mix well. Cook on medium heat for 6- 8 minutes. Set aside for cool.3.
