Put the black beans, garlic cloves, white onions, black peppercorns, cumin powder, smoked paprika, salt and parsley leaves in a processor jar and process to a coarse paste.2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.3. Take a portion of the mixture and stuff it into a falafel maker and press it into the hot oil. Deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.4.
