Try it to believe!BISCUIT BHAKRIIngredients1 cup coarse whole wheat flour (khapli atta)¼ cup whole wheat flour ¼ cup oilSalt to tasteGhee for drizzlingMethod1. Heat oil in a small pan and switch off the heat. 2. Take khapli atta in a large bowl, add whole wheat flour, salt, and hot oil and mix well. Add ¼ cup water and knead to a stiff dough. Cover with a damp muslin cloth and set aside for 10-15 minutes. 3. Divide the dough into small equal portions and shape each portion into a small thick disc, cut out a shape with a katori.4. Heat a non-stick tawa, place the discs on it and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side while pressing the discs gently with a roti press on both sides.5.
