1 big Tomato
1 Potato
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 tablespoon Chilli Powder
1/4 cup Mint Leaves
1/4 cup Yogurt
3 cups Water

Recipe 2: Tomato Biryani
Ingredients
2 cups Basmati Rice
2 tablespoon Ghee
2 Bay Leaves
2 inch Cinnamon Stick
3 Green Cardamom
1 Aniseed
3 Cloves
1 cup Onion
Salt, to taste
1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Green Chillies
1-1/2 cup Tomato
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
1/2 cup Mint Leaves

Recipe 3: Peas Pulao
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Oil
2 teaspoon Ghee
1 Bay leaf
1 inch Cinnamon Stick
2 Black Cardamom
1 Mace
1 Aniseed
2 Green Cardamom
15 Cashew
100 grams Green Peas
2 cups Basmati Rice
3 cups Water
Salt, to taste

Recipe 4: Vegetable Tahiri
Ingredients
2 tablespoon Ghee
2 inch Cinnamon
1 Star Aniseed
1 Black Cardamom
4 Cloves
2 Green Cardamom
1 Bay Leaf
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 Green Chilli
