Biryani Raita (Burani)

Ingredients:
Oil – 2tbsp
Garlic chopped – 2tsp
Curd – 1½ cups
Salt – to taste
Black salt – to taste
Chilli powder – ½ tsp

Steps to follow:
➡️ Begin by heating some oil on a pan over a low flame. Add in garlic and fry stirring continuously until it develops a brown colour. Once the colour is developed, transfer into another bowl and cool.
➡️ Once the garlic is cooled down, add in the curd, salt, black salt and chilli powder.
➡️ Mix well and keep aside to mature for 15 min.
➡️ Transfer into the serving container, garnished with some brown garlic and serve.
