Champaran Mutton also called Ahuna Meat or Batlohi, is a delicious dish made with chicken cooked on a low flame in a Handi or earthen pot. The marination of Chicken comprises of onion, garam masala, turmeric, salt and lemon juice. Chicken is left in this marination for half an hour. Flavor of Chicken cooked in an earthen pot on low heat in its own juices is delicious.
