How to make Fish Fry Dosa Tawa

In a bowl add 2 tea spoons chilli powder,
Salt to taste, 1 tea spoon coriander powder,
1/2 tea spoon cumin seeds powder, 1/4 spoon turmeric powder,
1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tea spoon masala powder. Also add juice of half a lemon and 2 tea spoons oil.

Mix the above in to a paste by adding 2 to 3 spoons of water.
We can add food colour if we want. Apply this mixture on the fish pieces thoroughly. Let it marinate for at least half an hour.
Add 3 table spoons of oil in a wide pan and heat it.

Fry the fish pieces as shown in the video. Fry them on low flame only. Fry each side for aproximately 3 minutes and flip till the pieces are cooked properly.
