BHUNA KEEMA INGREDIENTS:
-Mutton minced (mutton keema) 1/2 kg
-Water 1 1/2 cup
-Oil 1/2 cup
-Onion 3 medium size
-Tomato 3 medium size
-Ginger 4 pieces (1 inch)
-Garlic cloves 10-15
-Fresh coriander leaves 5 tbsp
-Green chilli 5-6
-Yoghurt 1 cup
-Turmeric powder 1/3 tsp
-Red chilli powder 1 Tsp
-Red chilli flakes 1 Tsp
-Coriander powder 1 Tsp
-Salt (as per taste)
Garam masala:
-Cumin seeds 1 tsp
-Black pepper 9
-Black cardamom 1
-Cinnamon stick 2
-Cloves 5

PROCEDURE:
-Put a cooking pan on a flame and then add water, onion, tomato, garlic cloves, ginger, salt, red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, turmeric powder,
coriander powder, mix it and cover it and let it cook for 20-25 minutes.
-After 25 minutes switch off the flame and let it cool, then put them out into a chopper and make a paste.
-NEXT STEP: Add oil in a pan and then add garam masala, and then add mutton keema mix it well, until it starts to change its colour, then add yoghurt, mix it well and let it cook for 4-5 minutes then add cooked masala (paste).
-Cover it and let it cook for 15 minutes on low flame and then put green chilli, fresh coriander leaves and ginger slices.
-Tasty Bhuna keema is ready, Enjoy and serve it :)
