BHUNA GOSHT | BHUNA MUTTON FRY | BHUNA MUTTON RECIPEIngredient:• 500gm Boneless Mutton• Add 3 TBSP Curd • 1 Julian onions• 1 Chopped Tomato• 1 ¼ Cup Onion Paste• 4 TSP Garlic Paste• Red chilli powder 5 TSP• 2 TSP Masala mix powder• Salt to taste• Lemon Juice 1• 4 TBSP mustard oil• Dry Red chilli 2, 1 Cinnamon ,3-4 Cloves, 4 -5 Black pepper, 1 Star Anise,1 Bayleave• 1 TSP Roasted cumin Powder• 1 TSP Turmeric Powder• Masala Mix (Roasted Cumin, Coriander, Methi, Mustard, Dry Red Chilli )• Kasuri Methi• Coriander Leaves 1 TBSP• Cumin seeds 1 TBSP• Mustard Seeds ½ TSP• Methi/ Fenugreek Seeds ½ TSP• Dry Chillies 2Process: Masala Mix:Roast all spices:• Coriander Leaves 1 TBSP• Cumin seeds 1 TBSP• Mustard Seeds ½ TSP• Methi/ Fenugreek Seeds ½ TSP• Dry Chillies 2• Grind itMarinate Mutton:• 500gm Mutton boneless• Add 2 TBSP Curd • 2 TBSP onion Paste• 2 TSP Garlic Paste• Add Red chilli powder 3 TSP • Add 2 TSP Masala mix powder• Add Salt to taste• Add Lemon Juice • Marinate for 5-6 hours• Add 4 TBSP mustard oil in a pan• Add Dry Red chilli 2, 1 Cinnamon ,3-4 Cloves, 4 -5 Black pepper, 1 Star Anise,1 Bayleaf• Fry it• Add 1 Cup Onion Paste• Add 1 TBSP Garlic Paste• Add 2 TSP Red Chilli Powder• Add 1 TSP Roasted cumin Powder• Mix It nicely • Add 1 TSP Turmeric Powder• Add salt to taste• Add 1 TSP Masala Mix• Fry it till color does not change• Add Marinated Mutton • Mix it• Add Butter• Add ½ cup Whisked Curd• Add coriander • Keep Stirring for 15-20 mints• In a cooker add 1 ½ boiled water• Pressure cook at high flame till you get 3-4 whistles.• In a Pan add oil• Add 1 Julian onions• Fry it till golden brown• Add 1 Chopped Tomato• Fry it• Add Mutton• Cover with the Pan for 15 mints • Cook till Gravy is reduced• Keep Stirring • Add 2 TBSP water (optional)• Add 1 TSP Garam Masala• Add Kasuri Methi and mix it• Add Coriander Leavesplease like & subscribe and comment what you like and what you didnt like.
